Two years ago ADAMA Ltd. a global leader in crop protection, partnered with precision agriculture software specialists Agremo to launch ‘ADAMA Eagle Eye’ – a drone analytics farming platform, now the companies are rolling it out to six new countries. The joint solution offers an advanced AI-based analysis of aerial data and imagery that helps growers protect yields more efficiently through user-friendly maps, statistics and other practical tools.

The Agremo software extracts critical information from a drone map to provide different field and crop reports into the ADAMA Eagle Eye system. The reports illustrate a number of actionable details which as well as pest, drought and water logging status include:

Eagle Eye’s Nitrogen Status Analysis Flowering Analysis – accurate data on the percentage of plants that have reached flowering stage, yield estimations and forecasts for optimal harvest time.
- Stand Count – the precise number of plants in a specific area enabling seed quality evaluation, field damage and zones with potential yield losses.
- Nitrogen Status Analysis – data on health variations within field zones which can be utilised alongside soil samples to deliver precise spraying and fertilizing.
- Plant Disease Analysis enabled easy location of plants hit by diseases such as those caused by viruses, fungi, or bacteria.
